The Accepts Summary page contains Accepts information that was formerly found on the intermediate Callout Detail screen that accompanied the Callout Detail Report page for open callouts. The page also links to the working record schedule detail (if the callout is a working type, not a notification); displays work end time as **, like the schedule page, if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future; provides the ability to edit the schedule record; allows you to release or unaccept employees (with proper security).
To Edit the Working Schedule Record

Click the # Filled link on the View Open Callouts page or the Accepts button on the Callout Detail Report. The Accepts Summary page displays.

Click the Work Start date or time for the employee you wish to edit the schedule detail. The Schedule Record Modify dialog for the selected employee displays.
Note: The Work End time displays as "**" if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future.

Make the desired changes to the record.

Click Save & Close. The Schedule Record Modify dialog box closes and the Accepts Summary page refreshes to reflect the changes.
To Release an Employee from the Accepts Summary Page

Click the # Filled link on the View Open Callouts page or the Accepts button on the Callout Detail Report. The Accepts Summary page displays.
Note: The Work End time displays as "**" if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future. If the employee's Work End time has passed, the Release checkbox does not display.

Click the Release checkbox for the desired employee.

Click Submit. The Accept Release dialog box displays.

Click OK to commit the release. The Accepts Summary screen refreshes and the employee is released from the callout.
To Unaccept an Employee from the Accepts Summary Page

Click the # Filled link on the View Open Callouts page or the Accepts button on the Callout Detail Report. The Accepts Summary page displays.

Click the Unaccepts checkbox for the employee you wish to change the response. The Unaccept dialog box displays.

Select a new result from the New Result dropdown.

Enter a reason in the Reason field (required).

Click Submit. An unaccept confirmation message displays.

Click OK to continue. The Accepts Summary page displays with the updated record.
