Resume |
This action is only available for callouts that are in Stop or Done status that have uncalled devices or rosters on the last/current attempt in which the work end time has not passed. Resume can be used with a Done job as long as the work end time has not passed and the quantity is increased. Resuming a callout puts it back into Running status. ARCOS continues calling the same/current attempt, beginning with the NEXT device to call. Further, it re-locks the rosters being called, meaning a Resumed callout can potentially go into Queued status until selected rosters are available to be called. See IB Callback Rule for information on uses of the Resume feature. |
Edit Quantity |
Edit the number of requested employees. This feature takes into account calls in progress. The number of requested employees cannot be reduced below the number already accepted plus the number of calls in progress. |
