Creating a Condensed View Open Callout Page

The View Open Callouts page allows you to monitor the status of open callouts, to view callout progress, and to stop, close, or transfer the callout. One of the filters allows you to display this page in either Expanded or Condensed view. This topic discusses creating an Condensed view report from the View Open Callouts page.

To View Open Callouts in Condensed Form

1. Click the Callout tab.

2. Click the View button. The View Open Callout page displays in Expanded view, which is the default.

   

3. Click the dropdown menu for View and select Condensed. The condensed View Open Callouts page displays.

   

Note: When you logout, ARCOS prompts you to save your filter settings.
