Creating an Expanded View Open Callout Page

The View Open Callouts page allows you to monitor the status of open callouts, to view callout progress, and to stop, close, or transfer the callout. One of the filters allows you to display this page in either Expanded or Condensed view. This topic discusses creating an Expanded view report from the View Open Callouts page.

The Expanded view is the default mode for callouts when you select View Open Callouts from the Callout tab.

To Access the View Open Callouts Page

1. Click the Callout tab. The Callout choices display.

2. Click the View button. The View Open Callouts page displays.

3. Select Expanded from the View dropdown, if the page displays in Condensed view. The View Open Callouts page displays in Expanded view.

   

Note: When you logout, ARCOS prompts you to save your filter settings.
