Not all customers have this capability. Sometimes, companies have their dispatchers create callouts requesting more employees than what is necessary to perform a job. For example, a job may request six employees, but 4 employees might be sufficient to perform the work that is required. In this case the dispatcher can "Stop" the callout and consider the callout “Satisfied”, even if the quantity that was originally requested was not filled. See Callout Adjusted Rollup Report for the corresponding report.
To Consider the Entire Callout Satisfied

Go to the View Open Callouts page.

Check the Stop checkbox for the callout.

Click the Submit button. A pop-up will appear.

Click OK on the pop-up to stop the callout and consider it Satisfied. The #Filled will display in green text on the View Open Callouts page, - OR -
Click the Cancel button to stop the callout and not consider it as Satisfied. The #Filled will display in red text on the View Open Callouts page.
To Consider a Sub-callout as Satisfied

Go to the Callout Edit page for the callout.

Click the Alternative Actions button in the Sub-Callout table and select Stop from the menu.

Click the Stop button for the Sub-callout. A pop-up will appear.

Click OK on the pop-up to stop the callout and consider it Satisfied. The #Filled will display in green text on the View Open Callouts page, - OR -
Click the Cancel button to stop the callout and not consider it as Satisfied. The #Filled will display in red text on the View Open Callouts page.
Note: The number requested will not decrease if the callout is considered Satisfied.
