When first viewing the Callout History Report, it only displays actions and status changes to the callout and its sub-callouts. The Include Accepts? filter on the Callout History Report can be used to view additional details of callout events including when an accept was recorded, the start time of an accepting employee's working record and the end time of an accepting employee's working record.
To view Accepts on the Callout History Report

Open the Callout Detail Report for a callout.

Click the callout ID's link. The Callout Detail Report Details page displays.

Click the History button.

Check the Include Accepts? checkbox to view accepts. ARCOS refreshes the page.
