This topic provides definitions of the fields and buttons found in the Callout Detail Report header. The header displays the same information about a callout, regardless of whether you are viewing the report from the link on the View Open Callouts page, the link on the Callout Edit page, or the Reports tab.

Callout ID |
Unique ID number for the callout. This field contains two links, the Callout ID link that takes you to the Callout Detail Report and the edit link that takes you to the Callout Edit page. (The edit link is only available if you have the security feature for callout edit.) |
Type |
Type of callout. This field displays the callout type that was selected from the Callout Edit page when the callout was created. This list is based on your company callout types. |
Status |
The current status of the callout. |
OpCenter |
Name of the Level 4 location from which the callout originated. Note: The name of this field is tailored for each company - could be Office or Headquarters instead of OpCenter, for example. |
Created By |
The name of the user who created the callout. |
Owner |
Name of the user who created the callout or is currently responsible for the callout if it was transferred from the original creator to another user. |
Eff. Date/Time * |
AKA the work start date and time.
*If you mouse over the header, a definition of the field displays. If you hover over the actual date and time, the day, date, and time displays in the mouse over. |

The number of positions requested for the callout. |
# Filled |
The number of positions filled. |
# Calls * |
Total number of Inbound (IB) and Outbound (OB) calls.

# People * |
Total distinct people with non-system results.
*If you mouse over the number, the definition of the field displays. |
% Response * |
The response percentage for the callout. Calculated as # Filled/# People.

Elapsed * |
Time from the start of the first result to the end of the last result.
*If you mouse over the number, the definition of the field displays. |
Arrival Time |
The time that the crew/employee arrives on-site for a callout. This information is not entered before the callout is initiated, like other features in the attributes section of the Callout Edit page, but instead once employees arrive on the job site.
(Not all customers have this option.) |
Made Safe Time |
The time that the job was made safe. This information is not entered before the callout is initiated, like other features in the attributes section of the Callout Edit page, but instead once employees have secured the job site and made the situation safe.

Takes you back one screen. Works like the Back button in your browser. |

Refreshes the screen with the most recent data. |

Displays the print dialog box, allowing you to print the page. |

Takes you to the Accepts Summary page and allows editing of individual Schedule records and release or unaccept employees. |

Takes you to the Callout History Report page which contains an entire history of the callout. The Callout History Report page is similar in concept to the Log Trace report, except that it chronicles changes made to callouts, including all user actions. |

Takes you to the Correct Responses page. |
