The Closest-to-Trouble with Bullseye Calling functionality is not used by all companies who use Closest-to-Trouble. This functionality is used when calling lists with multiple sequences for Closest-to-Trouble callouts. For example, if a list contains sequences from surrounding operating centers, the Radius Calling feature could be used to control the employees who are called from each sequence based on their distance from the trouble location. When a closest-to-trouble callout is created using Bullseye Calling, different colored rings will display on the trouble map indicating the different levels of distance.
The distance range from the trouble can be set for each sequence in the chain by using the CTT Filter on the Roster List Edit Chain page for the list.
Note: Sequences will be called in the order they appear on the Roster List Edit Chain page. ARCOS will not change the sequence order in any way during callouts.
Below is a screenshot of the Closest-to-Trouble map for Bullseye Calling.
Note: If no employees are available to call on a sequence due to the CTT Filter restrictions, the sequence will still display on the Manual Bypass page just no employees will appear directly under the sequence's name.
