Customers have the ability to request callouts in ARCOS that will send e-mail surveys to their users asking them to verify contact information or availability throughout a holiday weekend. Depending on the information the survey is requesting it may appear on the Callout Create page or the SIREN Create page. Users can decide if they wish to contact a single roster or an entire location. The e-mail employees will receive through the survey callout type will look similar to the e-mail below.
To respond to the survey, users will click the Survey Link in the e-mail. Upon clicking the link, the survey opens in whatever browser is currently setup as the user's default browser. Users can respond to the survey while the callout is in Wait or Stop status. Once the callout is closed, users will still be able to click the link the e-mail but will be pointed to a page stating the callout is no longer open. Users can also modify their responses after they have submitted the survey.
Note: Surveys can be responded in IE 7 or higher, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (Apple), and BlackBerry version 4.6 or higher.
