First Come First Serve Callout

The First Come First Serve callout type works like an All Hands Callout but limits the number of employees who can accept. After the callout is initiated, ARCOS calls all employees from a list at once. Employees can then respond to the callout via Outbound VRU or Inbound VRU. If an employee is responding Outbound and all positions have been filled, then the employee is told that the position has been filled by another employee and their response is no longer needed.
