Once you enter the basic callout information, select the rosters and number of employees desired for the callout, the Sub-callout and Manual Bypass tables display. The Sub-callout table shows a summary, by roster, of the classes and workgroups to be included in the callout and the Manual Bypass tables (one for each row in the Sub-callout table) show the detail associated with each roster.
The following table contains descriptions of the fields in the Manual Bypass table. The Manual Bypass table provides a list of the employees from the selected rosters/classes in the sub-callout table in the order ARCOS will call them. From this screen, you can manually enter Responses and associated Reason/Comments.
Field |
Explanation |
---|---|
Call |
If the Call checkbox is checked, ARCOS will call this employee. If the person is not available for the callout, the checkbox is disabled (grayed-out). Right-click the checkbox and the cell containing the checkbox turns pink. This signifies that the employee status has been overridden and the employee will be called for the callout. This allows you to override an exception for just one employee instead of for all employees that have that specific schedule exception. |
|
Any overrides applied to an employee in the Manual Bypass table pertain to the current callout only. If the employee is on any subsequent chained lists, the schedule exception is still in place. If a callout is resubmitted without preview or resumed, the overrides remain in place. A resubmit with preview shows the employee's current status which must be overridden again if he is to be called. |
