The Roster Picker table is used to select classes and workgroups for callouts of any type except All Hands. In the case of an All Hands callout, the Location Picker table displays instead. For all callouts except All Hands callouts, you also enter the number of employees needed for the callout from each selected class or workgroup here and select rosters from other locations within your ARCOS system. The Callout Definition, Sub-callout, and Manual Bypass tables are also part of the initial callout setup. The following table contains descriptions of the fields in the Roster Picker table.

cmt? |
Allows you to view Roster Comments. Click the link and if a comment exists for the first roster in the chain, it displays in a pop-up window. If no comment exists, the link changes to "N/A." When a Roster with Comments is selected as a Sub-Callout, the Roster Comments appear in the Manual Bypass Results table of the Callout Create/Edit page, in the header row for the roster. This is not available for all companies. Roster Comments are created on the List Maintenance Administration page. |
Avail? |
Click the link to see the number of employees available and the number of employees total for that class or workgroup. For example, Patrollers may show 2/4, which means there are 2 patrollers available out of a total of 4. This information should agree with the available and total number of employees that display for that class or workgroup in the Manual Bypass table. |
Quantity |
Allows you to enter the number of employees requested for the callout from the selected roster. |
|
ARCOS lets you exceed the number of the total number of employees in a roster, but it will warn you before you proceed. |
|
Location selector allows you to select a different location from which to choose employees for the callout. |
