The Callout Acceptance Interval Report is a custom report so not all companies have this report. The Callout Acceptance Interval Report can be used during storm periods to give a numeric and/or a graphical representation of employees' statuses within a time frame. This report can also be broken down into hourly intervals.
To Generate the Callout Acceptance Interval Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab.

Click the Callout Acceptance Interval button. The report criteria page will display.

Select the locations to report on.

Click the Calendar Icon to change the reporting Start Date.

Select Primary Classifications to report on.

Select the Interval Size in Hours by using the dropdown.
Note: This is the time in between intervals.

Select the Number of Intervals by using the dropdown.

Select if the data should grouped by Location or by Primary Classification.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.

Note: Click on a number link on the report to view the list of employees that represent the number. Click on a Primary Class to drill down and see a breakdown by location.
To Generate the Callout Acceptance Interval Report Graph View
Note: Steps 1-9 from above must be completed before generating the graph view.

Check the checkbox next to the Primary Classes or Locations to be graphed.

Click the Graph button at the bottom of the page.
