Availability by List Status Report

The Availability by List Status Report allows users to view a summary of the availability status for the company, similar to the Availability by Company Report, with the edition of filtering by list status. This report does not show = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"workgroups. The report selectors include location(s), date range, = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"Primary Classification(s), = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"List Status, and Callout Types. The report begins at the company level and has links that allow you to drill down to the classification and then employee level to view a list of how the employee responded to the selected callouts, from the selected list status(es), during the selected time period. At the employee level, the report shows date, description of the callout, employee response, and outcome. When = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"Manual Charges/Credits are to be displayed on the report, ARCOS highlights Charges in red and Credits in yellow. The Availability by List Status Report also displays the total number of callouts, total worked and not worked, and availability percentage. Work is defined as accepted and not worked is anything except accepted.

Note: This report only displays closed callouts.

To Generate an Availability by List Status Report

1. Click the Availability button on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.

2. Click the Availability by List Status button. The Availability by List Status setup screen displays.

3. Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.

Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

4. Select Start and End dates from the = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"Calendar Picker.

5. Select the Classification(s) and List Status(es), if desired.

Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple callout classes.

6. Select the Callout Type(s) to report on, if desired.

Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple callout types.

7. Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-

Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-

Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
