This is a custom report, so not all companies have access to the report. The Availability by Individual Report allows you to view availability statistics by individual for the whole company. You can specify either availability percentage or total callouts above or below a given number (compliance filters) as part of the report, and compile the results quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You may sort by any of the columns in this report by clicking on sort in the column header.

Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To Generate an Availability by Individual Report

Click Availability on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.

Click Availability by Individual. The Availability by Individual setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Select the desired Breakdown Range Type. None is the default Type.

Normal - displays totals for the selected date range.

Quarterly - displays the previous and the current calendar quarters and a total of both periods.

Semi-annual - displays the first and second half of the current year and a total for both periods.

Annual - displays the previous calendar year and the current calendar year and a total for both periods.

Select the Classification(s), if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classifications.

Uncheck the Compliance Filters checkbox to ignore compliance filters. Skip to step 14. - OR -
Check the Compliance Filters checkbox to enable compliance filters for the report.

Select below or above from the Avail% dropdown menu.
Note: To show all employees on the report, select below.

Enter a value in the Avail% field, based on your selection in step 7.
Note: To show all employees on the report, type 101.

Select below or above from the Total Callouts dropdown menu.
Note: To show all employees on the report, select below.

Enter a value in the Total Callouts field, based on your selection in step 9.
Note: To show all employees on the report, type 1000.

Select below or above from the Total Not Worked dropdown menu.
Note: To show all employees on the report, select below.

Enter a value in the Total Not Worked field, based on your selection in step 11.
Note: To show all employees on the report, type 1000.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
